Cancellation Policy
Beauty Dynasty – Booking & Cancellation Policy (Short & Clean Version) Deposit • $25 non-refundable deposit required per service. • Applied to your final balance. • A valid card must be added on file, even if you pay in person. Cancellation Policy 72+ hours: Free cancellation, deposit transferable. 36 - hours: $25 fee. 12 - hours: $50 fee. Less than 12 hours / No-show: Full service price will be charged. Multiple no-shows may require full prepayment. Late Arrivals Clients arriving 15+ minutes late may receive a shortened service or may need to reschedule. The deposit remains non-refundable, but the client will only pay the remaining balance at the appointment (no extra fees applied for lateness). Payment Options Card • Tap to Pay • Cash Deposit is non-refundable, transferable once with 24h notice. Health & Safety Notify your technician of: allergies • sensitivities • medications • recent procedures. All clients must complete a brief intake form.
