Cancellation Policy 72+ hours: Free cancellation, deposit transferable. 36 - hours: $25 fee. 12 - hours: $50 fee. Less than 12 hours / No-show: Full service price will be charged. Multiple no-shows may require full prepayment. Late Arrivals Clients arriving 15+ minutes late may receive a shortened service or may need to reschedule. The deposit remains non-refundable, but the client will only pay the remaining balance at the appointment (no extra fees applied for lateness).
